This is so encouraging to me! I’ve been trying to work myself up to start your BBG program again and I just can’t... so I’ve started trying to go for a simple walk each day. Thank you for always being so positive and supportive of the little steps! It’s so easy to criticise ourselves but seeing your motivating posts and knowing you’re just so proud of anyone who puts forth a little effort is really nice. Really encouraging. Love this! So simple Kayla. May have to try all of these goals but for today it's make the time for me. Get my workout in whether baby is awake or asleep (she's unpredictable?) and be ok if it doesn't go exactly how I want it to. Even a short workout counts for something, right?!

@kayla_itsines I need your help please. Those experimental 30 days are paid? I instaled the SWEAT app but It says that I need to subscribe, but I'd like to try before paying and after, If I like it, joining/subscribe... It is possible?

@ctrix6 I signed up on a Saturday and it automatically started me on week 2 beginner. Do you know if there’s a way of going back to week 1?
