⭐️⭐️WHAT IS #SWEATNATION⭐️⭐️ SWEAT NATION is a 30 day event designed to get the @SWEAT community on the right track to building healthy habits and goals. This event will be running from July 22 - August 20. #SWEATNATION is about women coming together no matter where they are located, to celebrate healthy habits, goal setting and the benefits of regular exercise🙌🙌 ☝️
First, you need the @SWEAT app !
The sign-up banner is at the top of the app home screen ✅
Once you’ve signed up to the challenge, on each day starting from July 22, you’ll aim to complete one session from my #BBG program. This means that every day for the 30 days your aim is to complete ONE of the following:
* Resistance training, at home or in the gym
* Cardio (walk, bike ride etc )
* Recovery (stretch session)
Rest days are also included to ensure that your body has time to recover.
I’ll be there every day to help you through.

I just have to say.. you are such an inspiration! You probably get this all the time from all your followers, but you have changed my life so much! Its been quite a journey from when my mom got cancer (with spread) and now my dad having some heart issues + me living half a world away and doing a freaking Honours year.. I gained like too much weight and I hardly moved from the couch (also when you live in Joburg, its like living in a prison!). But seriously you got my confidence back.. I have only done BBGstronger for 3-4 weeks and I have lost a bit over 3 kg already. I got myself a fitbit and Im really making changes to my life. I hated making food before but now I love it! I feel more happy, I feel lighter, stronger and I now feel confident in my clothes again! I have tried so many things, and I have always felt a bit lost when it comes to getting fit and loosing weight. Its great being a part of this community! I just want you to know that you make a huge difference for a lot of women out there who is also battling with their issues❤❤❤ THANK YOU!

How do you know you're in? Do I have to choose the 7 day trial or the year subscription thingy? I already have the app btw... And what day of the week are rest days? Ideally I'd like to rest on Sundays for religious purposes but not sure if that'll throw me off track with this challenge

So are we suppose to do like for today, for example, resistance, cardio and recovery (stretch)? Or just throughout the week like this week three days cardio and resistance and two other days recovery? @sweat

I completed my first workout this morning using BBG 7.0 but when I expand the Sweat Nation banner in the app, it shows 0 days completed - can anyone help please? Thanx in advance

@thereseannergren I’ll be travelling too for 2 weeks and I’m not sure what the hotel gym is like, so I’ll be subbing out my usual PWR program for PWR At Home or regular BBG
