Recovery is IMPORTANT, especially if you plan to increase the frequency of your training or are getting back into routine after illness or time off. Here’s a quick routine you can use to get you started 🙌🏼!
✅Quad Stretch - 60 seconds (30 seconds per side)
✅Hamstring Stretch - 60 seconds (30 seconds per side)
✅ITB Foam Roll - 60 seconds (30 seconds per side)
✅Hamstring Foam Roll - 60 seconds
✅Calf Foam Roll - 60 seconds

How have you found recovery considering you’ve had a c section? I am an active gym goer but there is a chance I will also need to have a c section with my baby ?? and I’m so concerned it’s really going to affect my training after birth! ? the gym is a massive part of my life and I can’t imagine not being able to train.

Am I supposed to only have one day of LISS in between workouts when I'm still super sore on the second day? Are you supposed to push through or do another day of LISS? ?

I don't own a foam roller yet. But does getting a massage count as recovery? I have one scheduled for tomorrow.
