#SWEATNATION is officially ON. One of the healthy habits I will be encouraging you to form throughout the next 30 days, is to take a moment in your busy day to reflect on how FAR you have come. With the busy lives we lead, it can be really HARD to implement healthy habits EVERY day. For example, if you're someone who struggles to get out of bed for the gym it can be really hard to develop the discipline to make it a habit. If you're making the effort to DO it, day after day, THAT is progress. That is worth CELEBRATING!! You are SMASHING it!! I think you're doing an amazing job and YOU should too. #BBGCommunity, name one healthy habit you want to form during #SWEATNATION! Comment below 😃.

My personal celebration: from doing no sports at all, I started working out and now I work out every day of the week (and when i can on sundays too), and by listening to my body, I went from smoking a LOT to almost no smoking. 3 cigarettes in the last months and decreasing more and more. And I only started changing my lifestyle a year ago. Now i can‘t imagine my daily routine without doing sports and I can‘t wait to dee the progress I willcontinue making in the next months. ??♀️

I have been off and on with my workouts and work long hours.. weekdays I have been trying to get to the gym only after dinner and putting my kiddo to bed... hit the gym around 9:30 for an hour... don’t even know if it’s a good time to hit the gym but something is better than nothing right ?

Hi kayla.. i have just delivered my baby via c section. I asked my doctor when can i start with the exercises. She told me after 3 months. There are no complications what so ever. I saw that u started off with your light exercises after I guess 3-4 weeks? What is a good time to start?

@kayla_itsines I started BBG again two weeks ago because it always gives me great results. This time I have some old lower back injuries really bothering me when I’m doing burpees and jacknives. Are there alternatives you suggest while I get my back straightened out?

Improve my relationship with food! To think of food as fuel and stop fearing food. Stop using workouts as punishment for what I ate last night/ over the weekend. Stop depriving myself so much that I end up binging!
