@s_jul91 it’s definitely not the same sugar. Some fruits, like berries, are actually pretty essential for good brain health as we age. Also refined sugars are pretty inflammatory to the nervous system where as natural sugars are not. The body metabolizes them quite differently. I have chronic nerve pain from a stroke and if I eat any refined sugar, my body feels like it’s literally on fire inside whereas I am able to eat fruits all I want without any pain.

@thedunnstar I had that problem too :( I canceled my membership months before it was up and then apple charged me because I didn’t cancel it on there and only on the sweat app. Money I didn’t expect to lose :(

Cucumber and strawberry waters are great‼️. Citrus water burns the enamel on your teeth unless enjoyed with a meal.
