One of the things I LOVE to do when I visit my family in #Greece is to just wander the streets. Around every corner there is literally something even more beautiful to look at. Often by the time I realise how far I have walked and that I still have to walk BACK, I have MORE than completed my 30 minute #LISS session for the day 😂. @yulia.tarasiuk Generally speaking, anything that keeps your heart rate at a steady state, can be referred to as LISS (Low Intensity) - so walking and swimming are perfect! If you wanted, you could measure your heart rate with an exercise watch to be sure - however these are two exercises (walking/swimming) that we always recommend for LISS 😊

I love Greece! In the past when I’d see your pictures from Greece I’d be jealous, I admit. But since visiting in April I now am even more jealous 😂 that you’re there bc I know how magical it is. 🤗 enjoy every beautiful thing around every corner.

I just got home to Canada from Greece and it was absolutely beautiful! I walked about 15,000-20,000 steps on average in Oia, Fira (Santorini), Mykonos, Tinos and Athens
