If at any point during your #SWEATNATION journey you're wanting to mix things up or CHALLENGE yourself, a ladder challenge like this is a great way to do it. All you need is a chair/ bench so can easily be completed in the gym OR home.
Perform 1 rep of each exercise, then 2, then 3, until you get to 10!
Squat - 1,2,3 etc
Tricep Dip - 1,2,3 etc

How do I deal with the set back of pulled quad muscle? I got the injury today. I am icing and resting today and probably tomorrow but I don’t wanna lose momentum or not be able to complete my resistance sessions for #sweatnation 😩 im doing so well and don’t wanna lose motivation!!
