This weekend I had the privilege of sweating with @onnitacademy trainers @primal.swoledier & @francheskafit ⚡️💪🏻 King of kettlebells and queen of functional movement. These guys are BADASS & amazing at what they teach! As humans we are made to move/workout/train in a variety of ways 🏃🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ We are dynamic and it’s so important to train to be able to move functionally for a very long time. Strength, mobility, flexibility etc. are all equally important 🔥 I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and I learned a few new moves I’ll be integrating into my training from now on!
