Rest 20seconds between each exercise and round! Perform 3 rounds!! Side lunge transition front raise: transition from left to right stay in your heels and perform a front raise at the bottom of each lunge .

Core Hop Over: get your heels as close to your butt as possible. Keep your core tight and back flat. .

Lateral Bear Crawl Push Up: move lateral in a bear crawl position. Keep your knees off the ground as you take one step to the side hop your feet back and perform a push up! Drop to your knees for the push up if needed! .
