3. Hamstring curl: again I think this is more effective than the machine at the gym! Squeeze through your hamstrings and keep your core tight .

4. Bulgarian Split Squat Pulse: PULSE NOT A BOUNCE. What’s the difference? A pulse is controlled. Make sure you stay in the heel of your front foot. Keep your chest up and hips in line .
