The first exercise (lateral bear crawl glute kick) should be performed with your knees close to the ground but not touching. Keep your back flat, hips down and core tight. .

The second exercise (side lunge transition with a high knee twist) can be modified to separating the two movements. Perform a side lunge then a high knee twist. .
.
The third exercise (squat hold adductor) BURNS! Stay in your heels! .
.
The fourth exercise (squat pulse reverse lunge core twist) make sure you are staying in the heel of your front foot on your reverse lunge. Also be aware of how far you are stepping back. You DONT want your lunge to be a LONG step. If you have problems with balance try taking a WIDER stance on your lunge. .
