I totally understand and support the want to be the healthiest and best version of yourself, but I hate seeing people talk about going on holiday as some weight loss goal. Char and I are off to the sun in less than a week, and whilst there's lots I do to boost my confidence in a bikini (a spray tan for one) my weight and enjoyment of food no longer plays a part, and I REALLY want that for everyone. Please remember that confidence and beauty does not mean unhealthy food patterns or being the skinniest version of yourself. And please for the love of God do not believe any magazines, celebs or "influencers" plugging diet supressants, weight loss pills, or "how to lose a stone in a day". There is NO healthy, suatainable way to lose weight in a week or two.
Sorry I don't mean to be wanky or preachy, but I've seen too many of these things today. Anyway, Char and I came to @bungabungaldn tonight and this pizza is delicious... One day I'll write the short caption like "nice pizza no opinions" ?☀️?❤️ #beachbodyready
