3 stretches to do at your desk ?? Sitting at a desk all day isn’t really optimal for our bodies and we end up with tight hips, hamstrings and quads ? As a result of my surgery my lower body has tightened up too, so the @complete_pilates team are helping me to release the tension and move more freely ? Give these three stretches a go today: ➡️ Seated Glute. Sit upright and imagine you’re sticking your tailbone out behind you to feel the stretch. It’s a good one! ? ➡️ Seated Hamstring. Again imagine you’re sticking your tailbone out behind you to feel the stretch and hinge forwards. Don’t flex the foot if you have back pain. ➡️ Standing Quad. Tuck your tailbone under and lower straight down, trying not to lean forward.
