Two core exercises you need to try ?? This week my physio @brannylou added these two exercises into my morning movement routine and I’ve been loving them! They’re so much harder than they look! They’re perfect for if you want to build up your core strength, try something new or just want to build your abs & glutes at the same time ?? ➡️ Glute bridge marches ✅ These will feel easy if done incorrectly. Take it slow, push through your heel and focus your energy on stabilising your hips so they don’t wobble from side to side. Imagine you have to keep a glass of water stable on top of them! ➡️ Hip twists ✅ These are great to build up your obliques. Again keep your glutes engaged and focus on stabilising your hips, moving them slowly with control. ➡️ I currently do 2 sets of 8-10 reps each, but this is increasing as my strength builds ?
