Who am I? ??♀️? You might know me as “the girl with a twisted bowel”, but I like to think there’s a bit more to me than that ? So here I am, in a nutshell ? ➡️ I’m 26 years old, originally from Yorkshire, half Dutch, currently living in London and I’m 6”2 ?➡️ I studied speech science for 4 years at Sheffield university and did my final placements in stroke rehabilitation. I got a first & the phonetics prize, but didn’t work as an SLT for long ? ➡️ I coded webpages in my early teens, had a fashion blog when I was 16 and beauty blog when I was 18. I started fitness blogging when I was 19, 7 years ago. ➡️ I moved to London over 4 years ago and worked as a personal trainer, building my blog on the side. ➡️ Now I own & co-own three companies. Zanna van Dijk Ltd - my blog/brand. @staywildswim - sustainable swimwear. @thegirlgains - BBC podcast hosts. ➡️ I try to post with a purpose, and I spoke at the United Nations last year about using social media for positive change ?➡️ I used to take the piss out of weird vegans, now I’m a weird vegan ?➡️ I’ve been dating @antonymaule for 3 and a half years. We mostly talk about poo and farts ?➡️ I’m a passionate scuba diver and love the ocean ? ➡️ Green space is my mental health saviour. Mountains make me feel SO damn alive ? ➡️ I’m “the organised one” in my friendships. I love planning and spreadsheets. ➡️ I am an inherent people pleaser and the biggest life lesson I’m still trying to learn is that not everyone will like you ??♀️➡️ I’m David Attenborough’s biggest fan & I bloody love goats ?Tell me something about you in the comments below! I’m a Yorkshire lass as well, from Sheffield. I’m 52 years young and a Sheffield Uni graduate though I didn’t graduate until I was 43 👩🎓I’m a PA at the Uni as well and have been running my own business in aloe for the last 4 1/2 years. I’ve been going out with my partner John for 2 1/2 years after being single for 20 years. We’ve just moved in together and can’t wait to start planning lots of trips and holidays 🏖 x

@zannavandijk Hi Zanna! I'm following you for a long time. I was an Silk Aerialist... unfortunately 3 months ago I had an Ectopic pregnancy so they had to remove one of my tubes... now my doctor is telling me that I can't go back training and this is really sad. But now I'm really afraid to go back to gym and my body is becoming fat and with no muscles! I wish I could have your same energy and positivity ❤️
