The Guereza colobus (Colobus guereza) has quite the notable coat! This black-and-white primate is native to Africa, where it lives in forest and woodland habitats. During the day, it spends the majority of its time in the treetops foraging for leaves and fruit. A multi-chambered stomach helps the Guereza colobus digest its plant-heavy diet. At night, it rests in the trees with its troop, while at least one group member stays up and on the lookout for predators.
