the morning sunshine has yielded to thick grey clouds. Heavy and close, they sit cheek to cheek with the ground, where one ends and the other begins -indistinguishable. And tiny flakes have begun to fall, spitting and spinning, we watch them from the window, as they float by landing nowhere .
we are curled into the corner chair stacks of board books and stuffed toys around us - provisions for an afternoon at home - I’m thinking a fire is in order this evening .
