my first blog post of 2019 is up - starting the year sharing one of our every day recipes - a vegetable buddha bowl - it’s up in the blog and you can follow the link in profile .

this is one of those meals we make regularly, no matter the season, because it’s super satisfying but also incredibly adaptable to whatever is on hand (or leftover in the fridge) all unified by the dressing .
.
this particular version has nutty buckwheat soba, my current favorite greens and lots of pretty delicious toppings .

I’m hoping this recipe will act more as a guideline to inspire those ingredients you too may already have in hand - this dish really embodies that way I cook daily (it’s not all cheese and cakes here at Cottage Farm) and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do .
