I am not a champion of acquiring for the sake of it or filling your home with the unnecessary - quite the opposite actually and I live by the idea that everything should have purpose or elevate the everyday (preferably both, if possible) but one thing I do champion, always, is having fresh flowers in the house. it’s been a while since I bought a bundle just because but these unassuming little pom-pom mums made me smile in the market yesterday and so I scooped them up and brought them home and now they are living happily on the bedside table and it was rather a nice way to start the day - waking up to them. Seek magic in the little moments .
