Painted 100 years apart and yet equally bold in their use of colour, these two vibrant works will be on view at the #RoyalHibernianAcademy in Dublin this weekend, ahead of our autumn #IrishArt sales in London. The small but fiery seascape was painted in the 1890s by Roderic O’Conor, who is currently the subject of an exhibition at the @nationalgalleryofireland.
