IT’S TIME FOR A TAG TEEEEAMM ab knockout!! ??✖️

1️⃣Partner-assisted leg drops - 10 reps (ryan thought I was too short so he had to kneel… rude)

2️⃣Cross over crunches - for these you’ll go over your partners legs for 5 reps and switch. For an extra challenge, maintain an elevated position during your partner’s turn (as shown in the vid) - 15 reps (aka 3 turns) per partner

3️⃣High-five crunches - for that extra burn (also who doesn’t like high fives?) - 10 reps ⠀
4️⃣Overhead plate pass - if weights are too difficult, do an extra set of high five crunches and slowly work your way up to these. I recommend controlling the weight during the eccentric portion of this movement - 10 reps ⠀
?Repeat for 2-3 rounds, take a nap, and enjoy the rest of your day ??✨xo ⠀
