My favourite way to start leg day ? Well, I say favourite, it’s a love hate relationship ? Bulgarian split squat drop sets: 8-10 reps weighted then immediately 8-10 reps body weight in the same leg. Then switch. Repeat 4 times. It’s savage ? I have to do them at the beginning of my leg workouts otherwise I die if I try and do it later in the session ? Tag me and let me know if you try it! ??
