Hey guys - I’ve missed you 👋🏼 Guess who’s phones got stolen in St Lucia!? @healthychefsteph and I’s 🙋🏼 We were at a street party and they were taken from our bags. Surprisingly we didn’t panic or cry, we just laughed it off and decided “fuck it” let’s have a good night 😂 It ended up being one of the funniest nights of my life 💃🏼 I have to admit the next day I got rather upset as I realised I had lost months of content (learn from my mistakes and always back up your phone 😅) including an amazing video I had made of the past 6 months - full of memories 😩 However I soon realised getting down was a waste of energy. Instead I enjoyed the mini digital detox and came home with renewed purpose to make fresh content for you guys! 🙏🏼 I’m back in the UK now and missing the beautiful surroundings of @thebodyholiday - it was an incredible trip with the best company!
