Leg Day ? This is the one superset you NEED to try ? This morning I trained legs for the first time in a while and DAYUMMM it felt good! I included one of my favourite supersets for a glute burn ➡️ Heavy static lunges x8 per leg (focus on pushing up through the heel and keeping the knee stable - don’t let it wobble towards the centre - this stability uses your hip abductors)! ➡️ Elevated single leg glute bridges x10 per leg (squeeze at the top, push through the heels) ?? Complete the lunges and glute bridges on one leg before switching to the other for a real challenge. Bear in mind this video is sped up, so take your time! ?
