I talk to you guys about fitness, food and mindset but never really dive into just what my business entails or the entrepreneurial side of it all. I've been doing 'this' for 5 years now going on 6. And by 'this' I don't mean lounging poolside in a bikini ? I mean building sustainable businesses and creating and developing brands. Between investments, bad partnerships (as of late), people over promising and under delivering and a plethora of other growth experiences I'll tell you all that as glorious as being an entrepreneur may sound...it comes with a mess of headaches and twists and turns as well.

Now as horrific as that may sound...it's not! Each experience that I've EVER had be it in business or personal life has ALWAYS been a blessing in disguise. I've found that sometimes things need to happen to move you and remind you just what you're passionate about and why you started!

Long story short: If you ever don't feel good about something...trust your gut. Trust YOURSELF. Don't be afraid to let go of things that just don't seem right. I PROMISE you when the initial storm passes you'll knock yourself silly for not having done it sooner! ??
