EAT WITH YOR HANDS!
Although I don't encourage weighing out food and counting macros or calories I DO encourage my clients to get familiar with eyeing portion sizes so they know just what a portion should look like! More often than not we tend to overeat simply because we aren't aware! Now this is just a general guide and obviously the sizes of people hands and individual portion sizes will vary but I think it's a great quick little alternative to a scale or measuring cups!
