resurrecting our favorite way to spend a friday evening, it also happens to be quite well suited for this steamy new england night. Too hot for burners or pans, so instead a few things from @formaggiosouthend - including a favorite blue and a creamy, nutty beaufort - rounded out with all sorts of nibbles and a big green salad drizzled with olive oil, a squirt of lemon and a pinch of salt - pairing it all with a glass of cold white and a catchup with the Mr. - I'm also finding this all pairs perfectly with shed painting - how we will be spending the twilight hours of today - buckets and brushes at the ready as we head into the weekend
