I'm finding my feet and feeling like they have finally touched down after being in Ireland these last days- it's funny but the time change and travel seem to have hit me a bit harder than usual. So I'm doing the best I can to try and regulate sleep patterns and have healthy meals and I've been drinking lots of water and a little less coffee and tea and heading to the yoga studio each day but shaking the fuzzy head is proving a challenge
Perhaps a walk in the evening sunshine and dinner in the loveliest company @bliu07 @careynotcarrie @lindarcampos @maggie_pate @snixykitchen will be just thing to shake off the last of this jet lag. I love spending time in this space but it's always a delight to sit across the table face to face in real time hearing laughter and chatter from the people I've met here - there is nothing like it
