Hey, it's Easter. And life is about balance (which includes some indulgences once in awhile!). Jump back on track today, blend up this pre-workout smoothie, and hit the gym, bust out your yoga mat, or head outside for a walk or run. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

PRE-WORKOUT GREEN SMOOTHIE | Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk
1 apple
1 banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
.
DIRECTIONS
1) Blend spinach + almond milk until smooth.
2) Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
