Anyone else obsessed with putting herbs in smoothies? Mint is one of my favorite herbs to incorporate into my recipes. Not only does it add a refreshing, cooling flavor, but it's also great for digestion.

PINEAPPLE RASPBERRY MINT | Serves 2
2 cups spinach
2 cups coconut water
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups pineapple
1 cup raspberries

DIRECTIONS:
1) Blend spinach + mint + coconut water until smooth.
2) Add pineapple + raspberries and blend again. Enjoy!
