Oh my goodness, I can't believe it's here...tomorrow, we kick off Day 1 of the Fresh Start (spring) live cleanse! ????

Right now, we're having a prep party inside the live cleanse group. I would LOVE for you to join us! We're chopping, peeling, juicing, cooking and taking pics of our prep sessions to share with each other. It's neat to see everyone's style for prepping... and cute dishes for storing.

I think the best part about our live cleanse is being able to talk with other people who are going through the same experience at the same time. As much as I believe in cleansing the body, it's still hard to say no to a bowl of jelly beans or a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

The ladies in this encouraging community keeps me on track. I know they are also facing moments of weakness and together we can make it through. Everyone has been so supportive already and we haven't even started the cleanse! It's truly like a sisterhood coming together to help each other be a better version of themselves.
