Up at 2am this morning to catch a flight from Orlando to Los Angeles for #expowest for my first time! I'm so excited!!!!

I woke up every hour thinking I was gonna sleep through my 3 alarms and miss my flight. I'm heading to the expo to check out the latest and greatness natural food products out there. I cannot wait to share this week with you!

What's in store: having dinner with @againstallgrain, coffee with @theblendergirl, more eating with @easyrealfood, trail running in #santiagooaksregionalpark (see pic) and checking out the thousands of awesome brands at Expo West.
