Happy Monday! Whether you're heading into the office or working from home, we've got some tips to help you keep your healthy eating habits going strong throughout the work week! ????

1️⃣ Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Feel like you don't have the time? We suggest prepping smoothie packs to blend up and drink before you leave or on your commute!

2️⃣ Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Keep a glass or bottle of water next to your workspace. If you aren't a fan of plain water, spice it up by infusing with fruit, herbs, or even veggies.

3️⃣ Bring your lunch from home. I know there can be so many tempting options when you go out to lunch with co-workers! Bringing your lunch from home not only helps you pack as much nutrition into your lunch as you can, but it also save you some serious cash in the long run.

4️⃣ Snack like a boss. Always keep healthy snacks on hand like homemade trail mix, fresh fruit and veggies, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, chia pudding, or anything that's unprocessed. (Green Smoothies are a great afternoon snack, too!)
