PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup pineapple
1 cup cherries, pitted
1 banana

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
2) Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
