Does anyone else love the 1st of the month? It's such a wonderful time to focus and re-commit to your goals + dreams. This month, I am committing to running a lot and getting my body ready to do a 50k trail race on April 1st (scary, but exciting!). I've also committed to conscious spending, which means buying what I need rather than what I want.
