Add this full body circuit into your workout today! You'll sweat, burn and feel it the next day!
Exercise 1: make sure you get your pivoting foot turned all the way around so it's always facing the same way as your other foot. 12 reps each side.
Exercise 2: oh my gracious this one burns! Stay in those heels! Keep your chest up! 10 shuffles each way. (10 presses each arm)
Exercise 3: transition side lunges. Make sure you push your butt back and reach with your opposite hand. 45 seconds straight!
