Exercise 1: squat to curtsy in reps of 3 on each leg. 15 total reps on each leg (30 squats)
Exercise 2: heels up with alternating knee tuck. 20 reps each leg
Exercise 3: bench jumps from aaallllllll angles. You do not need to use a bench if you want to bring it down a notch.
