Exercise 1: KB squat hold drag (4 steps) to swing squat press (complete 5 flows for 1 set) (keep your chest up on the drag and stay in your heels)

Exercise 2: double arm KB swing with reverse lunge (20 reps each leg)
Exercise 3: single arm KB burpee snatch (10 on each arm)
