Your obliques are going to buurrrrnn ? 50 seconds each side. Exercise 2: burpee with overhead dumbbell swing. 50 seconds. Exercise 3: lunge jump with lateral raise. 50 seconds!!! 20 seconds rest between each exercise. 3 total rounds!
