Words and actions motivated by hate beget more hate. Feeling frustrated, angry, hurt, confused, sad and anxious is inevitable at some moment or another. I know how tempting it is to think about setting your world on fire and watching it burn. We look for a magical solution to end all our problems, but the truth is that peace begins in the inner world. Sometimes we don't need a poetic dream to believe in, sometimes we just need enough light to step forward out of our own darkness. Choose peace. Choose love. Choose the small glimmer of light and hope that calls to you quietly. This world can be heaven or hell, and the choice is yours. ?
