✒️"Have we vanquished an enemy? None but ourselves."? George Mallory's rumination on the purpose of climbing mountains, especially Everest, is eloquently summed up by this quote. It's a tough go regardless and more so with out the use of bottled oxygen.
Kudos to @melissaarnot & @Cory Richards for their recent ascents via the North Side by fair means. Your dedication and perseverance is admirable. Respect to @adrianballinger for getting to Mushroom Rock and making the right call.
