Out of all the things that I do with Eugene this is by far my favorite. No, it doesn't hurt, it actually feels good, like the ultimate surrender, trust and faith. Yes, it is actually really amazing and useful to safely deepen backbends. I feel each of the joints of the spine articulating and opening, one by one in a way that I couldn't get to on my own just yet. But Eugene says, don't let anyone do this, it's serious stuff to bring your shoulders to your butt. And I agree, it certainly is. ?
