Some people really look down on yoga challenges. If you would have asked me a few years ago I might have been in the skeptical camp. But anyhow I stopped trying to please to the peanut gallery awhile ago. And after hosting yoga challenges with @beachyogagirl for the last two years, all I can say is that I am honored and humbled to share the inspiration to practice yoga with so many people all over the world. You rock! To see so many of you sharing your practice with so much authenticity, honesty, humbleness and vulnerability makes my heart break wide open. You are all so beautiful! It's not about the pose, it's about the journey, it's about being a better human being, making the world a more peaceful place, being strong enough to love even though we have all been hurt. It's about, well.. It's about living the yogi's life one breath at a time. Let's practice yoga and change our world. ?
