Real man pancakes stuck!
First thing he said this morning before even opening his eyes was "Pancakes" ?
Well, I had to accommodate ? ?Sweet potato pancakes for him! ?
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 scoop Tri Celle casein, vanilla or chocolate flavor
1 large sweet potato baked. ( 10- 12 oz)
1,5 cup dry oats
1 whole banana
Baking powder
Stevia
Blend all ingredients in magic bullet, add little water for consistency
Chop half of banana and throw to the mixture
Pan roast with oil spray, serve with fresh bananas, @waldenfarmsinternational pancake syrup and greek yogurt
