As you guys know I'm suffering with amenorrhea and due to my condition I had to change my lifestyle for the past 4 months in order to recover my body and be able to get pregnant. I significantly increased my macros ( slowly, it took me 5 months) Right now I'm sitting on 2000 kcal a day P140 F64 C200 and I'm still planning to increase my fats intake I train twice a week, light upper body and lower body workouts. My training session is no longer then 30-40 min I cut cardio at all ( except for rollerblading I do 2 times week) I practice yoga, meditation and I do acupuncture twice a week It took me a while to admit that I had to change my lifestyle, that I had to start eating more, training less, I had to except my new body image. My current weight is 147 lbs, compare to 134 my competition weight. I did gain extra lbs slowly over the course of 3 months and I hold this weight for the past 3 months now, I'm not planing to gain any more, I simply don't need to. I still count my macros every day, measure my food, but eat whatever I want. I had been practicing flexible dieting for the last 4 months and I love it! I'm eating 200 gr of carbs a day and don't do any cardio and my weight doesn't go up, which is pretty amazing. My sleep finally got so much better and I feel more calm and stress free. Dear ladies, who faced this problem, please don't wait any longer and just change your life, change your habits. You can still be healthy and exercise and even look good, you just have to set out different priorities and fall in love with your new body. I did, you can do it too. I'm still waiting for improvements in my condition, I'm being very patience , I know it takes time. I haven't started taking any hormones or medicine, I really hope to recover naturally I will keep you posted about this, stay tuned!
