It's very hot these days and I don't have much appetite, so I'm enjoying my favorite summer drink - BCAA Lemonade.
I blend 2 scoops of Pro BCAA ( Peach/Mango is my favorite flavor) from @optimumnutrition
With water and lots of ice in magic bullet and get amazing tasting, no sugar added drink, filled with BCAA and Glutamine
