Diagonal straight leg lifts:
Start on your hands and knees with the core pulled in tight and the leg extended at a 45 degree angle from the body.
Pull the leg straight up in the same angle and squeeze the glutes. You want to be sure to lift with the glutes and not hyperextended the lower back. The range of motion on this movement is small but you will feel the burn!! 4 alternating sets of 20 reps on each side.
