Life update + Bali Women’s retreat

Just dropping in with a little life update since I’ve been spending more and more time off of social media and rooted in presence 🌱

A few life updates:
- I bought a place in Northern Colorado! I’m currently picking paint and flooring and enjoying the process of homemaking.
- I graduated massage school last June and have been honing my skills while building a regular client base. I feel blessed to work with some pretty awesome humans. 🫶🏽
- my sister is due any day now! I’m preparing to be a first time aunt/Tia and can’t wait to love on that baby.
- I’m in a new relationship that is healthy, communicative, joyful, and growth oriented. Sharing love with someone I can see myself building with. 🥲
- I am building community out here in the Boulder area with people who align deeply with my life values.
- I am still writing music and playing guitar and trust that will continue to evolve.
- I have repaired my relationship with dopamine and I know that my time off of social has played a huge part in that.
- in summary, I’m consciously creating a life that lights me up and that I’m so in love with. 💗✨

All of that said, I am here putting out a beacon to women who are resonating with my current life path and want to connect more in Bali, Indonesia June 26-July 2.

We’ll be staying 4 nights in the spiritual heartland of Bali, Ubud, and then traveling to the shore of Canggu to wind down and integrate our time together.

Every morning will begin with shared practice where we’ll breathe, meditate, move, and open to one another.

Our days will be filled with activities like:
- Tirta Empul & Gunung temple tours
- Kanto Lampo Waterfall visit
- Coffee brewing workshop
- Sacred monkey forest
- Balinese cooking class
- Rumah Desa daily life and farming trip
- Kuta street food tour
- Opening and closing women’s circles
- guided self massage workshop
- neck and shoulder massage from me :)
