Day 13 #LetsGetFlexy is Bharadvajasana, a deep twist from the Ashtanga Yoga Second Series aimed at bringing your energy into the central axis. Keep the knees spread rather widely apart, aim to keep both sitting bones down and draw the low belly and the lower ribs deeply in. Articulate the twist all the way through the shoulders by moving the shoulder on the side that you press the wrist down into internal rotation while bringing the shoulder on the side that binds the lotus foot into external rotation.
