Day 11 #LetsGetFlexy is Viparita Dandasana. This back bend helps open the shoulders and chest. The exit and entry are what make it challenging in the Ashtanga tradition but for the challenge or to use the posture to warm up I recommend entering and exiting from lying down. If your elbows are not on the ground in the set up the first step is to get the elbows on the ground. Check @beachyogagirl for a more beginner option.
